Drive Mad Level 65 Flood Control is about moving through water or machine-like sections at the right pace. The surface is less forgiving than a normal road, so you need to adjust the throttle whenever the obstacle changes.
Do not try to force your way through at high speed. Approach each water edge or moving section at a steady pace, check the car's balance, and then continue. If the car gets stuck or starts to sink into a bad angle, tap reverse and reset before trying again.
The safest way to beat Flood Control is to move section by section, stay balanced, and pause briefly after each important obstacle.
